1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription to Doodliee’s Support Tier at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, in the event of a technical error, duplicate charge, or billing discrepancy, users may request a review.

3. Billing Discrepancies

In case of any discrepancy related to payment, billing, or subscription charges, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
